The number six from Grafton goes undefeated last year and gets First-Team All District..Matt Murch had a decent year, not going undefeated but Wills Fauntleroy from Jamestown goes undefeated at three singles this year and cant get First Team..somethings not right here

Now that's a bit unfair. You must realize that making an All-District Team depends just as much on team contribution (and prehaps even more) than it does individual ability. Jivan was a deserved member of First-Team All District last year because his victories at #6 helped anchor Grafton's run to number one that year.

To be perfectly honest, and this means to no way belittle the accomplishments of the Jamestown players, but Jamestown was so strong and so deep this year, that even without, say, Fauntleroy, Hunt, and maybe even Mee, they would have still dominated the district. While Fauntleroy and Hunt's undefeated records in district play were still great accomplishments, they were perhaps not as important at Jivan's undefeated record last year, since his was much more crucially important than either of the previously mentioned.

Nevertheless, Jamestown should be pleased to have four players in the two All-District Teams. They are an incredible team and will probably dominate for quite some time to come.

That's not true. While Jamestown was strong and deep, you take JUST Mee out and shift all their guys up one and Tabb could take them.

I don't agree. While it is true that Mee was probably important to their success, taking out FauntLeRoy and Hunt would barely even faze the Jamestown team. Their depth is remarkable, and they have players such as Palmer, Koch, Berl, and Kaurich, who are all at the very least on the level of Tabb's (or any other team's for that matter) #4 player.

While it may result in a few more individual losses for Jamestown that they suffered this year, the results would remain the same. Jamestown would have still swept the district.

Fauntleroy playes three and two last year for Jamestown and took out Graftons number one this year Chris Stough in straights..Fauntleroy would still get the W at 2 singles and Hunt would coast to a W as well..Jamestowns depth is remarkable and Tabb would still have no chance even if Jamestown did not have Mee even thought Mee is very important.

Fauntleroy would have no chance at #2! He lost to Tabb's #2 last year in straights. (I believe 6-4 6-0?)

Who are you??..you have no clue what your talking about..Fauntleroy and Koch almost took out Audi and Matt Murch in the first round this year in the doubles tournament 3-6, 5-7..the only reason they came so close was because of Matt Murch..he lacks consisteny and Fauntleroy took some off of his serve just to get it to his backhand which he hit in the net or gave Koch an easy put away volley at the net..Fauntleroy is a smart player and would take advantage of Murch's weaknesses..Fauntleroy lacked experience last year and would for sure take him out this year in straights!

You guys are both biased. Tabb is not as strong a team as goo seems to think, and likewise, Murch is not as weak a player as Eagles seems to believe.

Honestly, Murch has some of the most unorthodox technique that I have ever seen, but he is extremely effective with it. In that doubles match against Jamestown, Murch was not on top of his game. Lots of errors and shanks from him, and plus the Tabb players were both tired from their two singles matches (well maybe not Adi, who cruised in his matches) compared to the fresh Jamestown squad. Murch is a very smart player, and after seeing both he and FauntLeRoy play this year, I would have to say that Murch would almost definitely win (although it would not be easy).

However, FauntLeRoy is two years younger than Murch, and will be around for quite sometime to come. Jamestown will be just as dangerous next year.

Id have to disagree with falconace about who would win b/w Fauntleroy and Murch but everyone has there own opinions
