so from what ive seen:

youd be pretty dim not to wear all the padding you can get your hands on when playing american football...
but what are opinions on groin guards? having had a little look online: http://www.twenga.com/price-groin-guard.html
they just dont look like theyd be up to that much and i dont really understand. are there specific football ones? can anyone advise?
