if im not mistaken i think Hampton girls beat Gloucester girls by a similar score a few years back... i think the score was 101-8... i remember thinking how do you only score 8 points in a basket ball game LOL

Worst score I've seen was 118-3 many, many years ago. A very strong private school girls team against a small, first-year team.

Worst I've seen in person was a 139-31 boys private school JV game. Losing team could barely put 5 players on the court. Winning team run subs in an out all night, but the gym was smaller than tiny. Regulation high school gyms are 84 feet long, this one was probably no more than 60 or 65 feet long.

Went like this ... losing team throws up wild shot, winning team rebounds, throws half-court pass, layup ... losing team throws up wild shot, winning team rebounds, throws half-court pass ... you get the idea ...

Hampton would routinely beat KHS and GHS by scores like that except for the last two years. Difficult to watch.

Here's the crazy thing... 38 million comments. Well, 36 hundred, in less 26 hours!
What REALLY gets me are the ppl. who comment that have no idea about sports. These scores almost always come in district games, yet ppl. say "Why did the coach want to play that team"?

Makes me glad wrestling flies mostly under the radar. We'd see "84-0?? That's OUTLANDISH!! The "winning" coach shoulda told his boys not to try so hard,"
