YTYLL has over 250 boys and girls ages 6 through 14 from York County, Poquoson , Newport News and Hampton who play in the Hampton Roads Lacrosse (HRLax) chapter of U.S. Lacrosse. We compete against teams from Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Suffolk, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Outer Banks.

Lacrosse is growing throughout the area at both the youth and High School levels. On the Peninsula, Yorktown and Williamsburg have over 400 boys and girls competing on U9, U11, U13 and U15 teams at both the competitive and recreational levels.

At the high school level, there are over 200 men and women playing on club teams representing Tabb, Grafton, Poquoson, York, Menchville and Williamsburg in both varsity and junior varsity competition.

Additionally there are over 40 children playing in our softstick program for youth ages 6 and younger.

Both Tabb and Grafton, boys, girls, varsity and junior varsity, had a successful start to their respective seasons this week.

The Titans are hosting the entire HRLax league of over 1,000 boys and girls for opening day this Saturday (March 12th) at the York County Sports Complex. Games will be running from 8:30 a.m. until 7:45 p.m.
