Two weeks into the season

1. Woodside - clearly they are the best team in the PD and a win tonight would all but end the regular season race for the PD.
2. Kecoughtan- never thought I would be writing about KHS being one of the top teams in the PD. I still believe they are next years front runner.
3. Hampton- no shame in losing to woodside but they need more from the transfers if they want to move ahead of kecoughtan.
4. Bethel - because of Warwick early struggle Bethel gets the nod. In order to hang on to the fourth spot, the gaurd play needs to improve against good teams.
5. Warwick- with Q getting so much attention somebody has to step up or they may drop even further down.
6. Heritage- the key is not to drop into the seven or eight slot. Very young and with out any quality point production that maybe hard.
7. Menchville - Webb is playing well but scoring is an issue especially with a young team. Will be battling the other bottom four for a spot in the PD tournament
8. Denbigh- just the transfer alone make them better then the next two.
9. Phoebus- two loses by an average of 30. Enough said
10. Gloucester- lost to winless York. Enough said.

Game of the week ( woodside @ kecoughtan ) can't believe this is for first place. I'm going with woodside by 14.

From watching games up to this point, it looks like Woodside will be the runaway winner of the district, but 2-4 are up for grabs. I think Hampton, Kecoughtan, and Bethel will be going back and forth throughout most of the year.
