Jordan Eason Smithfield High School visited U of Richmond on Saturday during there senior football camp. Jordan was very impressed with the football program. Richmond is very expensive in the 40K a year range, so a scholarship would be a must. Mat Kelchner at CNU also indicated on Friday that Jordan had a spot on this team if he plays D-III football. NSU is also an option. Looking forward to hearing from ECU again. Jordan is invited to attend the 9/8 UNC @ ECU game.

Jordan is a hack of a player and is Dustin getting any looks because those two kids have been doing alot of good things on the field for a long time.

Dustin has also generated quite a bit of interest....if I remember correctly, I think it has been W&M, JMU, U of Richmond, ODU, Elon and Delaware State...and East Carolina had shown some interest last year also....no offers that I'm aware of but there's still time for all of that to happen. Last year I was talking to a VMI recruiter and he was VERY HIGH on Dustin and Jordan....not sure if they figure into the recruiting picture right now, but I know they were being looked at by the Keydets.
It's been fun watching the recruiters line the stands for the last two years, watching these young men mature and get noticed. They've worked their a$$es off and deserve to be recognized.

While we're on the subject of recruiting......
Who else in the BRD has gotten any offers or has gotten any serious looks?
I don't care what team you play for just that you're on a BRD team.
Let's try to keep a running tab on who's going where.
Whether you're being courted by UVA or the Apprentice School, let's keep a good record of who's going where. There is too much talent in this District to not have a lot young men playing at the next level.....so who's been offered or talked to. Don't be shy, speak up!

Maybe I should make another post dedicated to recruits info? What's everyone think?

yeah that is a good idea.... make a recruitement post.... thats for up to date info on BRD players, whether it be offers, or interest.

Sounds like a good idea. Once someone commits, we will be keeping lists of college commitments in the In College forum. That will start after I get back from vacation in early August.
