Reamon sparks Gloucester's victory
Staff story

Tommy Reamon Jr. ran for three touchdowns and passed for a fourth as Gloucester gained a 35-20 victory Friday night at Norview in Norfolk.

Reamon scored on runs of 1, 1 and 2 yards as the Dukes (1-1) built a 21-0 lead early in the second half. He later threw a 36-yard touchdown pass to Josh Lovell.

Ray Harris’ 42-yard interception return gave Gloucester its final touchdown and a 35-14 edge.

Norview scored two of its touchdowns on big plays. Marcus Fields ran 95 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter after the Dukes had built a 21-0 lead.

And Deonte Wright ran the kickoff back 94 yards following Harris' touchdown. That cut the lead to the final score, then the Dukes sealed the victory by recovering the onsides kick.

Great win gloucester...I think the PD has another team to look out for...Tommy Reamon Jr. finally showed me somethin tonight...However i did not like the calls on the goallines leaving Harris at the wideout position after long receptions and rushes...Givin Tommy the ball on the same play three times in a row on the one yard line kind of lets you know who Reamon sr. wants the spotlight on. Not putting Jr. down at all he had a great game...he protected the ball well and threw the ball well...Lookout Kecoughtan we are comin for ya!!!!
