New rule will come into play. Phoebus will be up by 35 and the clock will run. No 63 points scored in this game.

Phoebus 48, Gloucester 7. Gloucester has talent, but they only have about 25 players. I saw them against Warwick. They just wore down.

..Coach Dee..are you practicing for Gloucester and Hampton this week...? last year you scored 40 to 50 something points the week before the Hampton game...as a matter of fact your team was averaging 49 points a game the week before the Hampton game...then Hampton held you to 12...Focus on Gloucester coach because weather you blow Gloucester out or not is just a hill of beans when it comes to Hampton...you feel me...

The shame of the matter is, if Ray Harris touches the ball 20 to 25 times, and Reamon Jr. played WR or something, Gloucester might have a chance to keep it close. History tells us Reamon Jr. will play QB, and Harris will probably only touch the ball 6 or 8 times.

The 6'5" Tight End also is talented, wanna guess how often they'll take advantage of whatever mismatch he has? Probably once, maybe twice.

Get yo facts straight Bruh. Phoebus were not avg no 49 ppg at all last year. We didn't have that type of team. We barely beat Menchville 35-28 coming into the Hampton game last year. The year before when we had Brent Vinson is when we had that explosive offensive team. That team dropped 70 (70-7) on Menchville the week before they played the Hampton game. Yall held that PHS team to just 12 pts in a low scoring 12-6 Phoebus win.

yea ripklaw if you gonna try to rip phoebus before a blowout, then get ur facts straight. phsblueandgold it was 70-0 in 05. phoebus's jv team then(this years varsity team) had a goal line stand with about 3 minutes left to save the shutout
dunno y i remember that

...the only thing i remember about 0-5 was Phoebus was averaging 49 points a game...and Hampton came in second in the district and won state...

Yes that was 05' but you said in your earlier post that it was last year. Last year Hampton beat Phoebus 35-10 and we went on to win the State Title. Phoebus' offense wasn't as dominant last year as it was in 05. And yes yall did hold us to 12 pts in 05. Phoebus was moving the ball with ease all night that night against the Hampton but PHS struggled in the red zone due Bill Dee's questionable play calling in those red zone situations an much credit to the HHS D as well. This year however I believe the offense is much more more balanced and we should win handily at Gloucester come friday night.

...that guy has a swagger...he's got that bounce...to get his team in position to take it to the hizhouse!...he's not as fast but he's loose like a Percy Harvin...he comes across the middle on a slant with the soft hands...he's the only kid i seen this year who keeps catching the ball in that pattern on a constant basis...it's remarkable they way he do's dat...after he catches... his wheels start turning the way Bubba Chuck(Allen Iverson) did it... i mean... he has that shake-n-bake with it...my man is jiggidy nice!!...i gets down with him too...i don't think there is another player in the state with more confidence in himself than number 4 for Phoebus Reid Evans...

yeah, #4 is nice @ this point and he has convincingly dominated. I'm feelin him. He wants to play football. #4 will do his thing this week against whomever they play. :thumb:

P.S. ******Come watch # 4 for phoebus steelers @ Gosnold Hope Park @ 9am on the intermediate field. He will hit you right in the mouf!!!:boom::boom:

...Yeah but the Phoebus defense is suspect..they ain't dominated no team this year...i knew it from the 21 points they gave up to Maury...then you all claimed it was second teamers...then Bethel smacked Phoebus defense in the "mouf" put up 28 points...then Woodside tied the game up with 14 on them..by the way Woodside scored 0 on Hampton...then Phoebus gives up 344 yards plus 12 points to Heritage...? that defense is ranked 5th in " da district " and it is suspect...and that defense is in trouble when it faces a team with a better defense...

Man, you keep throwing in these bogus stats. Who have yall played? The week yall nearly lost to powerhouse Denbigh it was mighty quiet up here. If you want to use legit stats, compare the Win Loss records of the teams Phoebus and Hampton have faced up to this point. As for 2.6 avg defensive average, it should be zero with the teams yall faced. I must admit that I was impressed with what yall did to Woodside but then again Woodside is pretty much in a slump. They looked even worse against Heritage. If Hampton beats Phoebus then yall can talk. That'll be Hampton first legitimate victory of the season

lol the school has been open long enough to win 17 right? its been more than 30 years since it opened? in fact unfortunately i went there in 1989 which they were horrible and that was under bill dee, so it just took them getting a good coach and when dee got it together they got better, not how long the school has been open, hhs has had excellent players and coaches all along
