A while ago, I saw a post about what would happen if the Coaches began Coaching totally different teams. What if they had to move somewhere else and completely start over? I have set up a poll to see which COACH would win the district if they switched teams in four years. Keep in mind they have none of their current players. They have an entirely new class. ** Note, all of these coaches were randomly assigned to teams. It's just an experiment, I just wanted to hear your opinions and how you would rank the coaches of the PD.
PLEASE FORGET ALL OF THE TEAMS FORMER ACCOMPLISHMENTS, JUST BASE YOUR DECISION ON THE COACHES PROGRAM, WORK ETHIC, AND THE SYSTEM HE RUNS.

I don't think that there is much thought that has to go into this at all.
Coaches and their staffs win games at the high school level. Almost every school in this region has top notch athletes walking the halls.
Go in, get them eligible, work them hard in practice, and call a smart game on Friday night.
Mike Smith and Bill Dee (and their staffs) would dominate wherever they go.

The best place for home grown talent in Hampton is most likely Bethel,Bill Dee @any of the PD DIV 6 SCHOOLS WINS/Mike Smith most likely wouldn't fair too bad either, but both might need a season to get close to top form. Mr. Reamon might do better were he is if he rethought his philosophy regarding the run the dukes talent base reminds me of the 1999 Culpper team that took out Hampton in the semis. Stan Sexton could put the Warriors back on the map quickly ,but I doUbt YOU COULD GET HIM TO COMMUTE AGAIN!!!!!TRUPHANTOM/:flypig:

Do you think Nelson could have had the same success at KHS?

Coaches get too much credit and too much blame. Players are whats important. Talented athletes that will not work hard or are not coachable will get any coach beat. Nobody has ever won at Gloucester since they were "Group 2". Reamon is a good coach. He has very little talent to coach. Smith and Dee have had the same assistant coaches for years. That is a big plus. The school's adminstration must support the coaching staff and not be "bullied" by parents upset that their kid is not playing. There are alot of varibles!

What about talented teams with a system that is not successful. Who's fault is that? ;)
