HAMPTON -- The Crabbers won nine out of 11 matches en route to a 56-16 romp of Green Run in the first round of the Black & Blue Division at the Virginia Duals Friday night.
Brain Hawkins (119) won via forfeit, starting the streak for Hampton. Sal (135) and Tony Leonardi (140) each earned big points for Hampton -- Sal won his match by 15-6 major decision, and Tony pinned John Jones in 1:21.
Green Run only won four matches.
Hampton will face Grassfield in tonight's quarterfinal at 9 p.m.
