HAMPTON -- Smithfield used four pins and three Martinsville forfeits to get by the Bulldogs and stay alive in the Black & Blue consolation bracket, 52-27, at the Virginia Duals Saturday morning.
Smithfield won the 125, 152 and 160-pound matches by forfeit, while Matt Graham (112), Marshall Robinson (130), Clay Collins (171) and Antonio Atkinson (215) recorded pins for the Packers.
The Packers will face William Byrd at noon.
