Westfall is Rank #4 in the state as a Soph. that speaks for itself. As far as duffy goes he looked pretty good. As Far as Lowe goes he knows how to stay off his back all 95lbs .

I'll second that on Adam Lowe. He weighed in at 89 during the Va Duals. He is under weight as much as most of the boys he is wrestling are cutting. Giving up 16 lbs. as a heavy weight is one thing, but as a 103 lbs'er and winning....this kid has heart!

wow. 16 lbs. i was only 10 under last year for 103, i cant even begin to imagine 16.

not as good as lowe's. last i heard, he was 6-10, but that was a long time ago. i was 7-14. this year, im cutting big weight just to make 105 and im 28-13.

Good luck this weekend and it is nice to see someone who can really appreciate Adam's efforts chime in. By the way, I would recommend staying off of these board and not paying any attention to them over the next three weeks. None of it matters and it is all just opinion. Go wrestle your match and don't worry about who thinks what about someone else. Just go take care of business.

well i dont know about westfall moving to grafton, but i hope not because that would just make another tough match in the western sectionals and i think he will continue to get better if he stays with poquoson. and gman403us, you said the exact same thing my coach said, to stay off the forums and not worry about who beat who. its true, i know because yestersay at regionals, i wasnt supposed to place, i took second.

Yes it is true Westfall is now at Grafton. He has even been seen in the wrestleing room with the team( so much for the foot ) . I wish him good luck. As far as Adam Lowe being in the same ball park, I have never seen adam run from a hard practice. As I said Westfall is a great kid ,, But you just dont get up and move because practice is to hard for you.

i just dont understand why you would want to go from a team that is so good to a team that is just so-so. sure, he'll be one of the best on graftons team now, but the team still wont really get any better. and how did westfall go from poquoson to grafton? isnt that quite a drive? did he move?

ok. i thought grafton was somewhere else. i just think its so weird to switch teams like that. i couldnt walk out on my team, but i guess its not like hes never going to see them again. did he have to switch schools too? and what grade is westfall in? i guess lowe is going to have to do some lifting over the summer. hes got a lot ahead of him. tell him i said good luck.
