Daily Press Spring Sports Review?

Does anyone know when to look for the spring sports review? I know it`s kind of early but some teams are starting their scrimmages next weekend.Will it be done like last year different sports on different days? Looking forward to who is coming back and who are the real favorites in the BRD and PD.Alot of good freshmen this year. Looking forward to what they will bring to their prospective teams.:cheer2:

We have them slotted for two weeks from Sunday, though that could change depending on how things fall.

Will this happen before the season starts. I think the BRD starts this week and teh PD next week.

I think with the basketball success of Peninsula and BRD, we won't make the preview before the season starts. I know Tabb plays New Kent tomorrow (3/13/08) regular season, and that is a big game. I guess there's not enough room in the sports section. Oh well, it's going to be a fun season.

Gleason, how about you cut out all of your whining. The season's just getting started. Give the Daily Press a chance. It's really kind of annoying! And games aren't "big games" just because your it's your daughter's team. Do you want the paper to cover New Kent running away with Tabb. I think Tabb won't be competition for New Kent.

I though you said you decided not to post this year. I think that's a good idea if all you want to do is complain. The DP will cover as much as they can.

There is enough room in the sports section. We have always had the previews slotted for this Sunday, as I said above.

Lynn Burke said above that previews are done on Sundays and even said that it would be in a couple of Sundays. Please calm down and you did say on another post you weren't posting anymore. There were games yesterday and you don't see anyone upset and believe me in BRD there really isn't ever a bad game because everyone is good.
