Mathews had five individual champions, the most in the field: Shawn Roberts at 112 pounds, Stewy Mattox at 125, Michael Engle at 145, Alan Ward at 189 and Garrett Fosdyck at 285.
Lancaster had four champions, W&L two. Middlesex's Conrad Maszack took the crown at 130.
Fosdyck upset King William's Kevin White, considered a state title contender, 6-3.
Mattox defeated a returning regional champion, Arcadia's Keith Whatley, in dramatic fashion. Losing 14-3, Mattox earned a reversal and a pin 5:17 into the bout.
"He just wore him out," Mathews coach Tom Holaday said.
The Blue Devils and W&L each qualified nine wrestlers for state, Northampton seven, Lancaster six. King William has five qualifiers, Middlesex two.
