Smithfield vs. Grafton

Smithfield plays Grafton today at 4:30pm at Smithfield. This should be a good game but i have confidence in Smithfield to pull it out, they have been playing solid ball this year. Ill post the stats tonight after the game.

btw. tabb beat lafayette 9-2. both teams played well.

only thing i know is that Grafton beat smithfield 4-3 in the 8th.

yea, Grafton beat Smithfield 4-3 in 8 innings. Patrick Morrison started and threw a strong 6 innings and 2/3 of the 7th. Cj Caton followed Morrison. Both pitchers threw good, Grafton strung hits together when they needed to. Grafton threw Baise (spelling) which threw a good game, and Pelche (spelling) finished it up. Grafton seems to be a good team, defending their reputation, however Smithfield also seems to be a threat this season, i look forward to see how both these teams progress. Other than pitching performance there were really no OUTSTANDING highlights. Smithfield plays Southampton tomorrow at Southampton, i predict Smithfield to take this one, putting Smithfield at 7-3 (8-3 overall) ill post more when i know more about this game.
