Good job ladies!
Couldn't be at this game but heard that the bench stepped it up.
Hopefully some of their starters will be ready to play for the Menchville and Denbigh game!

Alissa Hester was the goalie for the Lady Dukes in the second half....did a good job......
The Lady Dukes came out the first 20 seconds and scored, looked fired up, enthusiastic and then went back to their uninspired play.....hats off to the coach who played alot of the younger girls the second half and pulled out some of the starters and rotated others to defence, good time to let injuries heal and gert a break.
This team has three challenges ahead, Menchville, Denbeigh and Woodside. If they do not keep the fire, enthusiasm, that they played with in the second half of the Kecoughtan game there will be an upset.......
The bench looked better, they had playing time, still holding on to the ball to long and not communicating...team needs to start talking with each other on the field.

I'm glad Fisher gave some of the younger girls an opportunity to play.
I don't think the Lady Dukes have played a full game to their potential.
They either start off great and then start slacking or the other way around.
If they want to win the district title again then they need to play great the entire game against Menchville and Denbigh next week.
And i agree with you on their communication. I think Coleman and Collier need to be more vocal in the back. Along with everyone else on the team
Soccermom.. have you heard anything about Snavelys injury?

According to the Dailey Press, Sunday, April 20th, Snavely will be out another week with a slight tear and a knee problem......saw her before the Bethel game, seemed to be in good spirits and moving okay on the leg....seemed to limp just a tad,not sure why this is news for the Daily on Sunday.......but, best of luck to her and a speedy recovery.
Warwick and Phoebus this coming week, should be interesting to see how CF moves his players around to hopefully find a spark........
Need to see the fire ladies for two whole halves........
