Bay Rivers District
May 6 - Tabb vs. Bruton
May 6 - Smithfield vs. York

Tabb- Cat Begansky had 2 goals; Katelyn Christen had 1 goal.

Ghostrider - Which game are you referring to? In the Tabb/Bruton game (final score Tabb 3, Bruton 0), Hope Mills had one goal for Tabb, Julie Trumpoldt had two. And the bugs were bothering everybody! Obviously, neither coach called it in to the newspaper.

The sign at Bruton says..."Welcome to the swamp" and the mosquitoes must be able to read!

one of Hope's shots hit so many mosquitoes on the way to the net that the ball rolled short and STOPPED!(SEVERAL OF THE STUNNED INSECTS WERE FOUND WITH BRUTON UNIFORMS ON).

pfloof you are correct ma man, I got my dates confused. It's sometimes hard to see who gets the goal when there is a big furball in front of the goal. That's for keeping me straight. Hope would not have happy if I'd cheated her out of a goal.
