Are you sure? If this is true, this might actually shut all of the Tabb kids up on here

Yep saw it first hand, Crockett threw a heck of a game and Tabb struggled in the field.

Chad Guy pitched the first five innings for Tabb, gave up 4 earned on 10 hits. Cody Brown threw the sixth, gave up three runs (1 earned) on one hit. He made the error that scored two runners and put Poquoson up 6-2 at the time. Standouts were Tabb catcher Davey Everhart, who was 2-2 with 2 RBI's (needs a haircut), and Adam McConnell who was 2-3 with a double. Poquoson standouts were Eric Nixon (2-3, RBI), Clark Pinder (3-4, double, 2 RBI), and Chad Pinder (3-3 with three doubles). Adam Crockett threw 7 innings, giving up 2 earned runns on 7 hits and 2 walks with 1 strikeout.

proof that we got 6/7 even teams in this district and anyone can beat any one there is not one team that no 1 can beat

Exactly, no one team is very dominant in this district, today proved it. that is why the tournament this year is going to be really interesting. there is no sure thing in this district anymore. you can't take any team lightly

yup that why the 4 teams fighting for 2nd need to try to win out to ensure their spot in the regional tourny no matter the out come of the tourny. the reason being even if end up as a 3rd seed the last seed in the tournament can just as easily win it as the first seed ( tabb most likely still gonna be hard for them 2 lose 3 more games i can c them losin one more but that is it)

how can u say tabb isnt dominate ... they have had almost all convincing wins up to this point ... being 11-1 is preetty dominate ... unbeatable? obviously not
tabb is still WAY WAY WAY better than every other team in the district. honestly i think this loss will help them in the playoffs casue they know losing ***** now. nah mean?

tabb is in first still but they aint WAY WAY WAY better than every other team in the district. yes they are still the best team in the district because of their record. but that dont make them that much better than the rest. this district has 7 really good teams. and not one is way way way better than anyone else. not even tabb

I agree, the BRD is a very very strong district and games can go either way anytime they play, but i still believe tabb has the best team. It doesn't mean they'll run the table, they may lose one more, nobody knows but i do believe they have the best team and talent and i hope they take that far into states. By the way congrats to poquoson for winning today.

well i hope and i believe that the brd can send 2 teams to states. wouldnt that make a heck of a game? state semi finals any of these teams playin vs each other tabb, york, grafton, smithfield, poq? maybe even layfette or jamestown might be in there 2 you never know.
Flying Fish
04-30-2007, 09:25 PM
that would be crazy if the brd could send 2 teams to states. id say tabb would be one but who could the other be?

tabb prob has the best chance by being the number one seed but u never know. gotta go one game at a time. but i think there are 6 teams who have legitimate chance of going into regionals and could possible go on to states. but the brd does have to get past cody wheeler and spotsylvania and also powhatan and maybe any other suprise teams out there. like i said gotta go one game at time so we can think about states all we want but we gotta get into the district tourny and regionals first

yall are getting out of hand...
tabb is the only one who has a legit (LEGIT) chance at having any success in states period
lafayette and jamestown?? in states?!
poq york and maaybe grafton might see some light in regional play
Flying Fish
04-30-2007, 09:33 PM
all depends on the num. 2 teams draw in regionals

Jamestown proved a point today by beating Poquoson 7-3. They really ripped the ball.
