Since no one has answered you, I'll take the first shot. Team to beat is Poquoson, again. Hard to predict weights, but here are guys I think will be the ones to watch
Poquoson-Jeske, Baker, Holt, Shearer, Silva, McAdams, and that's minimum
Smithfield-Graham, Robinson
Tabb-Williams (duh)
New Kent-Emana

Poquoson beat a quality AAA school last night in Hermitage. I look forward to all the individual scores.

I will stick with Poquoson because they have won 20 districts matches in a row.They are strong with 2 freshman at 103 either one can bump up to 112. also strong at 119,125,130,135,140,152,160 and now watching the 2 freshman at 215 and hwt. I belive they will kept there winning ways and win Region 1 with no promblem.
