Taryn Schrader wins race; Peninsula Catholic takes the team title


Bishop Sullivan's Taryn Schrader beat teammate Colleen Schrader by 23 seconds to win the girls race at the Bill McGough Invitational at Peninsula Catholic High School on Saturday.

Taryn Schrader's winning time was 19 minutes, 57 seconds. Team champion Peninsula Catholic claimed the next two spots with Katie Mlynczak third at 20:22 and Kimmy Fiscella fourth at 20:33

The Knights beat Bishop Sullivan for the team title 30-44, with Norfolk Collegiate third at 89.
