Wrestling: Tabb's Williams pins two opponents at Walsh Ironman

Tabb star Andrew Williams pinned his first two opponents Friday at the Walsh Ironman tournament in Ohio to reach Saturday's quarterfinals.
Williams, a three-time state champion who is seeded fourth at 135 pounds, pinned Mike Pulido of Mount Carmel, Ill., in 44 seconds, then pinned Charlie Packard of Brecksville, Ohio, in 3:52.
Those victories advanced him into a 10 a.m. Saturday bout against Anthony Salupo from St. Edward of Ohio.

I think I read where he lost in the semi finals. How did he do after that ? Thanks !

Thanks ! It looks like he did very well finishing 6th , with his first loss coming in the semi finals to the eventual champion in his weight class . Congratulations to Mr. Williams for his excellent showing in a very strong tournament , as he represented his High School Tabb , and the Peninsula in fine form.
