He is not ranked on the list I used.

Wretling USA mag. has him ranked 16th so i guess it depends on where you look. Maybe that source doesn't go all the way to 16

Let me go check that site tomorrow and I'll merge the two. The one I used went through 12.

I checked those out and they a month old. They're only through Dec. 9. The next set comes out Jan. 15, so those should be more up to date.
