What do you think this years rankings will be?
Have any of the Eastern District teams undergone any changes? Or is it looking like it will be dominated by Maury and Churchland again like last year? Also is Granby out of the picture now that they've lost, what was it, like 11 seniors, or are their other players ready to make the transition to the starting line? Are there any strong underdogs in the district that might come up to contend in the tournament?

Maury graduated Tony but that might be a blessing. I think the other players will step up. The kids playing futsal in the SISL look pretty good.
Churchland lost some talent to graduation, and their coach. Some of their talented seniors are not trying out - some because of grades and others just because.
Granby always picks up a few good talented players so they'll be competitive.
The other team that might make some noise is LakeTaylor, Thompson’s pretty good but I'm not to sure about their defense.
I’m not sure about Wilson and the others. Besides Maury, the Eastern District is not that soccer strong.

So Wylie step down from Churchland?
Yes, Larry stepped down. Terry Waddell is the head coach at Churchland now.

personally, i think this is a turn for the better, waddell is more technical and has a love and passion for the game, something churchland needs...also rumors say that a couple of guys that did not like the old coach are now trying out because he has left.
I hope your right, and if Terry brings in new kids that will be a plus.

maury is going to be good this year they have some fast forwards, outside mids, and outside backs. Also , I think that they are going to be playing more as team this year than last year. They are going to be tough to beat.
