Host Surry County (12-2, 5-1) finished of a season sweep of Tri-Rivers District foe Charles City 111-93 behind 33 points from John Newman and 27 for William Lawrence.
The Cougars, who scored 59 second-half points, also got 13 from Laquel Bailey.
Trevor Jones scored 34 and Roger Williams 24 for the Panthers.
Surry County won the first meeting 76-46.
