YMCA Basketball Skill Development Program

Middle/Junior High School, Grades 6 - 8
This is a two-part basketball program that will focus on the fundamentals of basketball and the physical movement phases of the game.

Fundamental Basketball Phase
Focuses on footwork, ball handling, shooting, rebounding and defending.

Physical Movement Phase
Focuses on the development of general athletic skills such as acceleration, agility, sudden direction changes and proper form that will elevate your game to the next level of competition.

High School, Grades 9 - 12
If you are preparing for the upcoming basketball season, this is the 'off' and 'in season' training that you need.

This two hour long program is designed for the basketball player who wants to improve strength, endurance, and quickness and reduce the occurrence of injury.

We will continue to cover the following basketball skills; progressions such as footwork, ball handling, shooting, rebounding, defending, setting and using screens, post moves and team strategies.


Price: $ 300 for 6 sessions (a session is 2 hours)

Training Days and Time slots: Mon.-Wed.-Fri. (345pm-545pm) (6pm-8pm) Sat. (1pm-3pm) or (6pm-8pm)
