Heard Gloucester Post 75 lost 7-6, allowing 4 unearned runs in the 9th inning. Sorry fellas, hope you rebound. Round 2 won't be easy with a tough West End Richmond team coming to play. However, you can do it. good luck!

Its too bad Gloucester didn't take their umpire "Whitey" with them. They may have had a different turnout!

That is FUNNY! What a night that was. I am rooting for them though, they represent district 3 and they have some tough kids. It is going to be tough in the loser's bracket at the state level.

Gloucester lost to Richmond.

AND WE ALL WONDER WHO SAFEONFIRST IS hahahaha... Probably lives in Williamsburg...Lost to Gloucester not once, twice, but was it three or four times??? He knows that Gloucester wouldve beat his team no matter what though. Whether they had the runner on first or not. He remembers being down 9 runs one game and the other like 5?? Gloucester came back both times buddy They are always interesting games but the better team came out on top every time....

Gloucester Post 75 Juniors took third in the state. We are very proud of them. They also took home the award for sportsmanship. They played in extreame heat, one game took three home plate umpires because they could not handle the heat. The game we lost the boys played on about 4 hours sleep. The boys left the field at 1:30 in the morning and returned later that morning around 6:30. I would say they did VERY well for their first time at state.
