The man is 195 and 125 as a head coach and went to the playoffs 11 years in a row with Gates county and turned a 4 and 40 team into a 27 and 23 team in four years and his last year there last season was his best season so just give the man a chance he is a winning coach and i liked Hill as a man but he was 35 and 35 before he got to Smithfield and 21 and 20 at Smithfield in four years with no playoff wins and this guy has won playoff games just give the man a chance.
