Re: First Team Prediction

Anyone know when the voting takes place? I would imagine soon--tonight, tomorrow?

As for Kerby vs. Meier, it's hard to evaluate keepers on good teams sometimes because they may only need to one or two saves a game which are critical, but don't compare to someone gets more touches. That's why midfielders generally look better than forwards. Unless a keeper is unbeatable or a forward is unstoppable, midfielders seem to get more POYs than anyone.

i agree to a certain extent but honestly khs wouldnt have done as well without either of them but when it came to the critical games like mhs and bhs where he protects the net and the number of clean sheets. i think it should go to maier no doubt.

well as a coach he is fortunate to have two player that are POY candidates but i dont know. depends on if he looks at it from an offensive or defensive POV
