Poquoson battles, falls short.

Just got back from the game, and didn't have my laptop so I don't have full stats like I do for baseball games, but I know a few. Poquoson was lead by Gene Efird with 25 points, and Chad Pender with 23 (may have been 20, not sure). Those two had all but two of Poquoson's second half points (again, I think). 15 for Efird and 16 for Pender (or 13). New Kent spread the ball around very well. While I don't know many of their names. Owen (#30) was in double figures, but looked to be close to being ejected early in the 4th because of an elbow thrown at Efird, but the officials did not see it. Otey (#14) only had 5 points, but had many assists. Poquoson jumped on him everytime he head-faked, and he found the wide open man. Poquoson outscored New Kent by 9 in the 3rd quarter, but did not have the legs to run with New Kent (who plays 11 players) in the 4th. Poquoson falls to 0-1 in the BRD, while New Kent advances to 3-0.
