PENINSULA DISTRICT TOURNAMENT Tuesday's results from the outdoor hard-court tournament in Newport News (seedings, schools): Singles Semifinals Tonique Merrell (1, Heritage) vs. Alex Liles (Menchville), ppd., rain, until 3 p.m. Wednesday at Huntington Park; Graham Wilson (2, Menchville) d. Charles Forman (3, Warwick) 6-2, 6-1. Doubles Semifinals Merrell-Creighton Jones (1, Heritage) d. Wilson-Jacob Buck (4, Menchville) 6-1, 6-0; Forman-Wesley Seamster (2, Warwick) d.
