Warwick takes Bethel in PKs

Warwick came back in the last 10 mins of regular play by scoring three goals to tie. Then they win the game 3 to 1 in pks. Freshman Murphy scored 2 while senior Jones scored one in regular play. Warwick's keeper Finn blocked 2 pks with winning goal by sophmore Bennet. They played a **** of a game and never let down. Its a phenomenon to see a team score 3 goals in the last 10 minutes of play to tie... My hat is off to the Boys of Warwick and their coaches. Good luck agains GHS.

Re: Warwick takes Bethel in PKs

Wow! Amazing comeback by a scrappy team. I still see a KHS/GHS final. Whoever scores first in the Kecoughtan-Menchville game will probably win. Menchville has played great defense but struggled to score against other good teams. I know Gloucester-Warwick was a tie the first time, but look for the Dukes to take it more seriously this time.

PKs are a tough way to go out--hats off to Bethel on a great season!
