You've just crossed the bounds of common sense and entered into the stupid area. You might be able to convince me the 08 Phantoms would beat any individual BRD team by 50 points, but there's NO way they would beat a BRD all-star team by 50+, if at all. I'm going to assume you're ignorant of the fact we've got teams with one, two, or three quality players, but the BRD simply doesn't have the talent from top-to-bottom on any one team that Phoebus, or for that matter Hampton and Bethel have. However, if you put those two or three good players from each individual team together on one team, you could rival the likes of the best of the PD. Ignorance is excuseable, but stupid is forever. I'm hoping you're just ignorant.

AS FAR SCHOOL "CHILDREN" POPULATION" goes PHOEBUS BY ALL RIGHTS IS A AA TEAM. And by rights should be in the BRD. THANK GOODNESS THEY ARE NOT. ANYWAYS how does it feel WOODSIDE to continually be axed-shattered-pummeled-kicked-thrashed-demolished by a school that has less a population than does GRAFTON. Oh and by the way at what point in last yrs game against Phoebus did the Phoebus Coachs put in 2nd-3rd teams in the WOODSHED-I mean WOODSIDE game? I dont know I wasnt there-I can ask DVD........Spec. TEAMS Coach.

Phoebus beat HAMPTON 42-6 last year and Bethel 52-0. Sorry, no BRD team is keeping it within 35 last year.

Who knows the truth without playing, but you are probably right. I honestly cannot see a BRD team beating Hampton last year and Phoebus beat them by 35. So probably the 50 point thing is about right. Sorry, I have to swallow my pride being a BRD guy, but let's face it Phebus was great. I would not want to be the BRD team that faced Phoebus, but Poq probably would step on the field with them, they seem to be a gutsy team and staff, they are not scared to play the AAA runner up in the REGULAR season.

You know there was actually talk about Phoebus switching over to the BRD back in like the mid 90's, but they fought it off.... You are right, they (Poquoson) might have the guts to get on the field, but the thing about those guys over at Phoebus, is they look at EVERY game like it's the same opponent. About the only true opponent that they had circled last year was Stone Bridge, and you see how that game ended; it was over by halftime. My point is that they take everybody serious. With that being said, that game would be over by the 2nd quarter. Now on another note, I think they did a great job in thinking that opponent out. Dinwiddie wasn't always a strong AAA team, so they might not keep talent stacked up in the shelves. Now they just lost their record setting QB, this might be a great year to pounce on them. Once again though, big ups to the coaching staff for having the guts to schedule that game. And it was probably well thought out.

Phoebus would eventually fall back closer to the BRD teams if they were pushed down to BRD. I don't think alot of the potential D1 talent would stay there. Just my opinion, but I think you'd see them transfer over to some of the upper tier PD teams. They'd be unbeatable the first couple of years, then I think they would settle in at or near the top of BRD but probably not 70-0 blowouts after a couple of years.

Who knows without playing, but yes the Phoebus team was very very good. I would say that the 08 Phoebus team could beat the top of the BRD by 30 to 45 points. But this is very hard to judge, we have to remember most of the teams that Phoebus sheelacked last year faced Phoebus's second string most of the second half of games. What if the 1st string stayed ont the field? talking about ugly, WOW. I know we are talking Phoebus, but I think the BRD could do very well with the rest of the PD, excluding phoebus and Hampton. A couple of us could stay with Hampton
