I pondered about what to say or if I should say anything but as a mom and a devoted fan I decided that I had to. Although I will not be at the Smithfield vs Bruton game tonight (Tabb's Homecoming is tonight) I wanted to say Thanks! Thank you Todd Weaver for supporting all the Americans that you did not know while you were in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Thank you for your bravery above and beyond your call to duty for the soldiers that you went before and saved. Thank you for loving this country enough and for all it stands for to defend her in a country that does not want the US to be there. Thank you for protecting your family, friends, and your Bruton alumni- you will be missed by all. I applaud you with all that I can and I am proud to say THANK YOU!

well stated. He made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us & it is never appreciated or spoken of enough in the community, classrooms or at home. Thank you Todd Weaver & another thank you to his family for raising a son that put his life in harm's way so that we can live here in relative safety w/o the constant fear of attack on our soil.
