I wish him good health and luck wherever he lands next. Sometimes its better for both parties to move on,can't be easy on him either to pour his time and effort into something that might not go in the direction he was reaching for. Again I wish him nothing but luck, thanks for helping keep many kids on the right path, win or lose.

I think any coach that has been coaching awhile that doesn't wear the head coach title should be applying for the position. Every coaches goal should be to be head coach some day. Some are ready and some aren't but I'd definately apply if my goal was to advance as a coach.
