Re: State semi-final (poll)

They're playing a team in the state semi's that started the season 0-3...wow. They had a **** of a turnaround season.

I just don't see this team having much to slow down PHS...I see PHS running thru them and having a tough game in the finals vs Brookville

Handley's early losses were to some top notch competition. They have lost to Harrisonburg (state-semifinalist), Briar Woods (state-semifinalist), Fauquier (8-3). I don't think they will win but the game should be very competetive. I think Poq in a low scoring affair 14-10.

I agree , Handley has good defense , a big fullback ( 6'1" , 240lbs. ) huge nose guard & a very fast halfback. This will probably be a "ground attack" from both teams. I have ''faith'' in Poq. --

Re: State semi-final (poll)

Poq put up 42 last week and didnt even air it out.........JM defense was pretty aweful and Poquoson is a running team, but to win state they are going to have to air it out whether it be this week or next. In my opinion Poquoson has one of the best QB in the region and maybe the state. Buck sweeps only work for so long good luck this weekend Islanders
