Question about Menchville

I remember last year they won the PD (until that rule caused them to forfeit a game) but this year they only have 3 wins...what happened? Did all their talent graduate?

Re: Question about Menchville

Injuries to a couple of key players, graduation of two starters, a few internal problems with transfers, you name it those poor guys have been through it. Coach Webb, poor guy has been through the gamet this season but he stuck it out. Good Luck Coach.

Re: Question about Menchville

I know Coach Webb and Menchville will be back, he lost a lot this year in terms of talent, coaching only goes so far and if you don't think so, you better ask somebody!

Re: Question about Menchville

Losing Harrington to the ACL was a killer. In a nice story, she was able to play four minutes and score two points in the final game on Senior Night.

Re: Question about Menchville

What's a positive about this season for coach webb is that he was able to get his young girls alot of positive experience. I think he is going to have a great year, because he has some good young talent from jv and he has a lot of experienced young players coming back. I think he will have a strong year next year. They took a lot of bumps this year, but when a young team takes bumps and bruises like menchville did this year, I believe it will make them a lot stronger next year. Coach Webb is probably looking forward to next year also, because he knows that he has some good pieces to work with next year, but the summer for them will be very important, they must work hard all summer and play as much as they can together. I wish them and all teams a good summer.
