new coaches

with four 1st year coaches in the district next year who do you think will have the best season.

warhill's coach lehm will have a brand new program and none of the expectations that the other already established programs have.

grafton's montini the d-coordinator from last year is already famillar with the team and rumors out opf the grafton area are that he has been running things for awhile anways. however grafton could have been undefeated had his defense played the first 3 games like they did the last 7 last season.

i haven't heard any news on yorks coach but he will have a nice young core of players and a pretty nice passing game to work with.

i forget jamestowns coaches name but he is my favorite out of the 4 so far. you can tell he has established the its not acceptable to lose mentallity and already has his players fired up for the next season as evident here on the message boards.

You're joking right? Where did they get it from? The Great Passing Game Fairy? The problem is that Ashley never had a balanced offense prior. If he couldn't run the ball the team didn't know what to do. The passing game was never emphasized. It will take some time for a new coach to establish it and hopefully, that will happen.

Re: new coaches

well lets see you got yeo who is probably one of the best recieevrs in the district (and im not just saying that because i know he gets on here.) and everyone talks about the jv qb from last year and how he was a great dual-threat or whatever. so all i was saying was that they have a good reciever in yeo and a qb that i here can throw so maybe if the coach they hire likes to pass they might be dangerous.

also welcome to d-4 york. yes more power points!!

Re: new coaches

Good poll subject.
Even though Grafton is always a good team, I just don't see them being as good next year. No Thaxton and loss of size will be pretty bad, but maybe Sean Downing will do something at QB.

Jamestown's new coach is Ryan Turnage by the way
