Re: Supplements???

Me, I think as long as it's legal it doesn't matter. I personally take Creatine.

Re: Supplements???

Protein is always fine as long as you don't take too much. Extra protein will just be stored away as fat. Be careful when you take creatine. If you do some hard research on the internet you will discover MANY cases of hair loss. Mussel cramping can happen often, especially in the middle of the night. Steroids are extremely expensive for any high schooler and its beyond me how they manage to find the money let alone the drugs. And they are extremely dangerous, of course. The main way to add mussel is to lift with consistency and train smart. Eat right after you work out and eat often. MAKE SURE you sleep at least 9 hours a night for full mussel recovery because mussels really recover best when you are asleep. You'll find most mussel growth just comes with age, just remember to keep working out lol.
-Honestly, you dont need to waste all that money on supplements and creatine. Protein is ok.
LIFT EAT SLEEP AND PATIENCE are all you need. worked for me at least...

Re: Supplements???

ALSO! If you want to gain weight.. go buy Weight Gainer 1850! It is 50 grams of protein and 1850 calories in one severing. LIFT HARD before use. It is very effective and will put fat on you if you do not lift hard!

Re: Supplements???

Creatine is fine as long as you know how to use it. But make sure if you take it that you drink plenty of water and that you do work out. If you take to much and/or dont work out. The creatine will just sit in your system like sand which is not good. Also if you take creatine and don't work out it will turn into water weight.

My personal favorite is the NOX-CG3, NO-XPLODE, NO2, and then like. Combined with a creating and some glutamine and plenty of protein. This provides massive strength gains. (NOX-CG already has creatine and glutamine in it)

But if you do start taking something, be sure to do your research and understand how it works and the possible side effects to your body.
