Re: High Schools: 10:45 p.m. Friday Update: Spring boxes and results
From the schools. Normally the home school reports the information.

Re: High Schools: 10:45 p.m. Friday Update: Spring boxes and results
Home Runs are automatic standouts. What a pity the Kecoughtan coach wasn't classy enough to acknowledge it. Menchville had 2 earned runs. What a disappointment for a player to not be acknowledged for a good game because the coach is embarrassed to call it in? Shame on them.

Re: High Schools: 10:45 p.m. Friday Update: Spring boxes and results
Quote:
3 hits and was 1 for 3 with a walk. If you read the story or was at the game she gave up 1 hit going into the seventh,1 hit in the seventh the double that scored the girl who reached on a error and then the bunt that we misplayed in the eighth. It was a great game Kristen Herndon the second baseman for Grafton made a couple of great plays and the shortstop for New Kent made a great diving catch behind 3rd base on a pop up that looked like it was sure to fall. The re-match should be just as good. |
