Standouts

Halfway through the season, any players really stand out or any young or new players really surprise anyone?

Re: Standouts

Interesting, now that WoHS has some top players no one on the site is talking about them. Zach Harris and Mark B.- top two for WoHS

Brewington for sure, but I have only seen 2 Woodside games (only one PD game) and I did not want to simply throw names out there for the sake of acting like I know who is playing well.

I'll be at their Friday and next Tuesday game, so hopefully I'll have more then.

I am taking Chris Cooke over Paul. I think Paul has the misfortune of being on a not very good team. The two games I saw him play, you could see talent, just not much happened. Chris' stock may fall for the same reason. Not much happened in the KHS game for Chris- long balls up the side, most going out of bounds. He had one almost break away, but was wisely fouled. Otherwise, the defense had him under wraps. I am not sure the way that game was going why they didn't move him to the mid-field or pull him back a bit to try and get some more control of play.
