Warhill scored its first points in school history, but host New Kent earned a 41-14 victory.

Mitchell Baker ran 10 times for 137 yards to lead New Kent past first-year Warhill. Daniel Ordonia added 14 carries and 98 yards for the Trojans.

Justin Williams added another 86 rushing yards on five carries for New Kent, which didn’t attempt a pass.

Lions quarterback Shawn Cvengras ran for a 1-yard touchdown and threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Josh Everhart. Both were in the fourth quarter.

Coach had told the team, no passing and no punting. They did niether. Don't know what the total rushing yards were but had to be over 400. Great job by the O line. NK had 1 td call backed on penalty. Warhill hung in and never quit, got to give them credit. NK started clearing the bench about mid way through the 3rd quarter. Thier QB shows a lot of promise and they are developing a nice pass offense. Watched them against York and they were much sharper tonight. Nice way to start a bye week.
