Norfolk Academy 35, HRA 0

Norfolk Academy scored 28 points in the second half in Newport News to win a key game in the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools.

The Bulldogs totaled only five first downs in the game, but got big plays in the second half from William Scott and Conor Dewey.
Scott scored on runs of 1 and 38 yards in the third quarter, and threw for one more — a 37-yard pass to Kurt Stahl in the first. Scott finished with 100 yards passing on six completions and 69 yards on eight carries.

Dewey finished with 83 yards on three carries, including a 78-yard touchdown run in the fourth.

HRA managed 118 yards of offense.
