This will pretty much sound like it does every week when discussing a game against Smithfield; contain Roberts and you have a chance. If Roberts runs wild, it is impossible to beat the packers.......yea, yea, yea, I know he is not the only player on the team, but I stand by my comment. The Islanders looked great on Defense last week, but they weren't faced with stopping Roberts and they faced probably the smallest O-line they will see all year. I look forward to seeing the Islanders keep improving and get even better. I would love to make a prediction for this game, but right now I am on cloud after the Islander got another win so I need to get grounded first.

35-21 smithfield, unless poquoson doesn't throw to bollinger then 35-7 smithfield. poquoson played great last week and are getting better, smithfield too much though. althought it could be less than 35 points i would like to see # 25 line mr roberts up a few times could slow him down some

after seeing dyrell roberts play sat vs warhill you think he cant be stopped. and they have played the hardest defense this year and thats laf so i take smithfield 42-21

I am glad that you acknowledged that Smithhfield has other players. realistically, Roberts is pretty much unstopable. if i were a defensive coordinator, i think i could come up with a plan to stop him but there is one thing that would get in the way, I would not have the athletes to do it. the kid has 20 td's in 5 games. and he has no intentions of slowing down. the only team that kept him under 4 was lafayette and thats bcuz i think the coach got to caught up in the game and didn't spread the ball around. HE IS A BEAST!!!!! even though we lost to tabb, he still had 4 that game and they weren't short yardage touchdowns. smithfield is a lot better than their record. and whats even more scaryn about them, they have about 8 or 9 players returning on defense and about 7 on offense so we are just warming up this year.

the line is good and experienced. but roberts is a man among boys!!!! you really dont kno how good he is until you see him up close.
