Re: PD vs. BRD

You know, this whole thread has gotten stupid. Started out as a gag by some fruitloop called Grafton Mom ( she aint no Mom) then some other MOM ( by the way, might want to consider a move to the Beach District , they actually know how to play field hockey there) decides to drag in a kid from Poqouson and challenge his merits. Lets see he was a star at his school, a star in the BRD, walked on at UVA then got a scholly. Note: UVA must have a little grey matter as well. Boy he really is a loser!

You guys want to keep beating on a dead horse go ahead. But why don't you leave the kids out of it. BRD athletes get up a 5:00 am to lift, go to class, then practice for 3 hours after just like PD kids. We have our stars just not as many.

Oh and J Bird, TFF2008 as well as a few others are here for nothing more than stirring things up. Personally I think they are all one in the same, responding to them is like talking to a wall. Your wasting your breath.

Wait a minute.... the coach would have to be commited to the players to put the extra time and effort needed for AAU with no pay. With the Boo Williams tournaments, there are scouts from all over the country here to view the talent. The Nike Tournament in April just to name one. If your scared say you're scared....
This is an assinine statement. Most BRD coaches double up in some other sport besides football or basketball ( without pay) Kinda tough to put together an AAU team when you are involved in spring track or baseball or something else. Not to mention that if you took the time to look at any of the BBall rosters you would find the same kids listed on many of the track and baseball teams. Scared has nothing to do with it.

Before you start calling out the coaches or kids check the rosters. You will see many of the same coaches and players starting in August with football and running through May with track and baseball.
