MHS v. Ptown

Tonight 7:30

Mhs first big test of the season. I got MHS taking this one with score of 2-0 or 3-0. I think Mhs can open the score up even more if things start rollin there way early as well. Also will see if thier defense is what its talked up to be since ptown has at least one real scoring threat in steven farmer.

Re: MHS v. Ptown

If Nathan Isley (goalie) can play to his potential this could a long game for MHS. Matt English and Riley Boyle will be the two that need to get involved early and often to set the tone for the game and get the ball to Farmer as much as possible.

I think MHS's defense is too strong to allow one player (Farmer) to cause them problems. In the end they will pull this one out with a 3-1 victory.

Good luck to both teams.

I guess not, since it's a tournament. How'd the game go for each side? Midfield battle, or pretty back and forth?

Man this game was really good. Both teams brought a alot to the field.

I dont know where to start. Ill do this some other time when i sit down and think about it. Ill just say that both teams had their chances with goals.

Sounds like a thriller from the scoreline alone. Scoreless draws are pretty rare in HS soccer, Im sure it was a real locking of horns.
