WoHS 4 PHS 2 Again, evenly matched teams here. Ive seen them both play and I think Woodside has better players up front and PHS might have a little edge in the back. Speed will help woodside again in this game and I think they can contain Moore. As far as the game, this will be based on who wants it more. Woodside better not have a letdown after that emotional comeback at DHS. I still like woodside here, they are the better team from what I have seen. Hopefully the long layoff won't slow them down.

WaHS 5 BHS 2 I think after the first loss, you don't want to be the team to play Warwick. They have speed, skill, and now have even more to prove that the first game was a fluke. BHS will prob get a goal or 2 but I think Warwick will put the first loss on BHS record and show that a 5-0 out of district means nothing anymore. Bevins will score here.

Heritage 0 DHS 7 Ill go with that since I think they will score a bunch and let up. I will also think that DHS will pass around and let a bunch of people score. Heritage will not score, I think DHS will have enough players to containt whatever threat Heritage has.

Hampton 0 Menchville 9 OK, this time MHS will stop scoring , They have a great Defense and should contain any threat by hampton and will control the game. I can see a few guys scoring here, perhaps haas or stevens from the back.

KHS 3 Ghs 2 This one is a hard one. I have seen both teams as well. If KHS plays to their potential they should win. GHS has good games and then games when they look beatable by any team. The lothian kid is a good one and should get some opportunities. Kummer will score and as long as KHS plays aggressive ans physical they should win. This is one I am not sure on tho... it could go the other way if GHS plays well.

Question to eveyone... anyone think the long lay off will hurt or help any teams? How many of the teams are gonna have some sort of practice?

I will try...but will probably be wrong.

I see Woodside 3 PHS 2.

Bethel will show up strong but going against Warwick after there defeat to KHS will prove costly. WHS 4 BHS 2.

DHS 5 Heritage 1

MHS 8 HHS 1

KHS 3 GHS 1

5-1, Warwick wants to prove themselves worthy of the billing they received prior to their PD opening loss to KHS. I think they'll jump all over BHS.
0-7
0-9
KHS v GHS, too hard to predict the outcome. KHS didn't play well coming off the spring break last year and GHS is hard to beat at home. I haven't seen GHS play, so I really can't compare the two teams....and basing anything off their respective records won't help me either. I'll say 2-2 just b/c of too many unknowns. I hope KHS continues their recent succes and comes out on top.
