You've got to be kidding me, the city of hampton takes care of the field. I'm sure they don't have a hidden agenda against Newport News high school teams.

Hampton parks and rec just prefers their fields to have long grass, whereas NN parks and rec likes to keep Passage and Riverview like hard sandboxes with about half an inch of green on top.

Re: 4-29 predictions

are we talking about the fields on the corner of andrews and old buckroe???? those the nicest fields in hampton, and although theyre not very long they are pretty wide. And unlike warwick, heritage, phoebus and woodside, they actually have grass on the field. (nice grass too, not weeds)

Here are my predictions:

WoHS v. BHS: 4-3 Bethel.

PHS v. HHS: 3-0 PHS

KHS v. HeHS: 6-0 KHS, i think they play more possession after half and dont go to goal.

GHS v. MHS: 3-1 MHS, Mhs comes out flat after disappointing loss to warwick just like KHS did against Denbigh

WHS v. DHS 5-1 WHS, WHS gives up first goal but dreybus and bevins come back to have big game.
