Excuse me, I meant Williamsburg. I miss spoke (?). I was thinking about Jamestown.
Mea Culpa.

It's all good - not looking for any arguments or disagreements in this thread. Just wanted to kick the dust off of a topic that has flared up from time to time.

Sooooooooo, does anyone have any thoughts on possible fixes? Or do we just ride it out and let the re-districting take place after enrollment numbers grow?

How is Lafayette, Tabb, Bruton, Jamestown, York, and Grafton all 1 hr 45 minutes from Southampton?

I thought that was pretty interesting myself.....I only considered football venues for this thread, because this is the football board.
Lafayette and Jamestown obviously play @ Cooley. York Co teams play @ Bailey(except Bruton).....and Bruton just happened to work out to 1hr 45 mins. I didn't take it to each individual school, what's Jamestown - 12-15 minutes away from Lafayette? The same for Grafton, York and Tabb if that much. that's why I noted that the times were "Rough and Rounded". It was a good starting point for the discussion.

Please feel free to check out Google Maps or Mapquest - whichever you prefer. They all map the shortest travel times.....maybe the bus drivers take a different route? Can't speak for them.....just giving you what Google says!
